By using forecast.travel, you agree to the following terms.

1. The service

forecast.travel provides a traveler personality assessment, destination fit scoring, and trip planning tool. We are an independent travel intelligence platform. We are not a travel agency, booking platform, or tour operator, and we do not process bookings, payments to airlines or hotels, or travel insurance on your behalf.

2. No commission, no booking liability

We do not earn commission from any travel booking and have no financial relationship with the destinations, hotels, airlines, or activities referenced in our assessments and plans. All fit scores, recommendations, and trip plans are advisory only. Final travel decisions, bookings, and arrangements are entirely your responsibility.

3. Accuracy of information

Visa requirements, safety information, weather data, costs, and other factual content are generated using AI and third-party data sources and are provided on a best-effort basis. This information can change without notice. Always verify visa, safety, and health requirements directly with official government and embassy sources before travel. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on inaccurate or outdated information.

4. The fit score is an estimate, not a guarantee

Your traveler archetype and any destination fit score are generated by an AI-assisted model grounded in tourism psychology research. They represent an informed estimate, not a guarantee of trip satisfaction. We are not liable for any dissatisfaction with a trip taken based on this guidance.

5. User accounts and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, used, and protected.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to extract or reverse-engineer our scoring methodology for competitive use, or using the service to generate content for any illegal purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, forecast.travel and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service, including but not limited to financial loss from travel bookings, missed flights, visa denials, or trip dissatisfaction.

8. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
